Education:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
CACC completed from a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm.
CMA partly qualified/ ACCA partly or fully qualified.
Requirements:

Skills Required: Accounting and Finance,Accounts and audit,Accounts Payable,Budgeting,Cost Analysis,Cost Management,Microsoft Excel,SAP,VAT and Tax
Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements in Bangladesh.
Proficiency in ERP (SAP)/accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership ability and team management skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure timely submission of statutory returns (VAT, Tax, AIT, etc.).
Monitor cash flow, fund management, and cost control measures.
Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
Support management with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
Implement and maintain strong internal control systems.
