∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Tally Software

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To record, maintain monthly accounts, consolidation and presentation of annual financial statements as per company's accounting policies, applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements in time.
∎ Monitoring systems and procedures for better internal control for overall business and financial improvements, system up gradation and timely reviewing, ERP & Automations
∎ Lead and Co-ordinating the preparation of Financial Statements.
∎ Developing Standard of Procedures for Financial Processes such as P2P, O2C etc.
∎ Financial Risk Assessment of the organization to ensure a sustainable growth.
∎ Establish review mechanism checkpoints in daily financials.
∎ Encounter legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations, recommending new procedures, solving tax and VAT related issues.
∎ Establish Internal Control Structure to maintain the organization's transactions.
∎ Face external audit, internal audit, audit of Bangladesh Bank, NBR (Tax and VAT) and other Legislation bodies.
∎ Ensuring tax, statutory and regulatory compliances, to ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts, timely submission of periodical returns, payment of taxes etc.
∎ Take responsibility for risk coverage of organizational assets (Insurance).
∎ To supervise the team of accountants and monitor their performances and focus on key activities
∎ Attending to timely completion of Statutory Audits, Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit and other internal and external assessments
∎ Risk Management and its compliances, insurance and its related matters follow ups etc.,
∎ Preparation of MIS for Business Review
∎ Preparation of performance reports of operations and business with analysis
∎ Assist the CFO and act as the Go-to person for the CFO in terms of Finance Function
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have at least 05 Years Practical Managerial Experience in Textile/Garments Sector.
∎ Must be a very Good team player.
∎ Must have very good command in Email Communication
∎ Very Good Communication Skill
∎ Practical experience on budget preparation, variance analysis and implementation of budget
∎ Skills in preparing financial reports, statements and projections, Internal control system initialization, development & implementation, Enterprise risk assessment and management
∎ Knowledge of IAS, IFRS and GAAP
