Responsibilities & Context:
Visit customer sites for inspection, troubleshooting, installation, and basic repair.
Provide on-site technical support and operator training.
Assist sales team with site survey, product discussion, and customer requirement analysis.
Prepare visiting/service reports and maintain documentation.
Follow up with customers for service feedback and spare parts needs.
Coordinate with technical team for problem solving.
Frequent field visits across Bangladesh; hands-on work with machines, electrical, and control systems.
