∎ * মাসিক বেতন সর্বসাকুল্ল্যে ১৪০০০/- (চৌদ্দ হাজার টাকা) অনঅভিজ্ঞ ও ১৬০০০/-(ষোল হাজার টাকা) অভিজ্ঞদের ক্ষেত্রে ৬ মাস শিক্ষানবিশ কাল সময়ের জন্য
∎ * শিক্ষানবিশ কাল সময়ের পরে নিয়মিত করলে সংস্থার বেতন কাঠামো অনুযায়ী ৮০০০-২১৫০০ টাকার স্কেলে বাড়ীভাড়া ভাতা, চিকিৎসা ভাতা,যাতায়াত ভাতা ও লান্সভাতাসহ মোট বেতন হবে ১৬৬০০/-টাকা অনঅভিজ্ঞ এবং অভিজ্ঞদের বেতন হবে ১৭৯৯৫/-টাকা । এছাড়াও উৎসব ভাতা/বোনাস, গ্রাচুয়েটি,জিপিএফ সহ মোবাইল ভাতা ও অন্যান্য সুবিধা আছে ।

ASEAB aims at improving the living standard of the under-privileged and bringing about a qualitative change ensuring sustainable development in the society by emancipating the destitute, especially women, children and handicapped, from the clutches of multifaceted social deprivation, inequalities and injustices.
