Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters.
∎ Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
∎ Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
∎ Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings as required.
∎ Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
∎ Maintain current knowledge of changes in legislation and case law that may affect the firm and its clients.
∎ Collaborate effectively with other members of the firm.
