Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ 4 year bachelor's degree from any reputed UGC-approved university.
∎ No 3rd Division / No CGPA below 2.50 (in a scale of 4.00) is allowed.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote and advise customers on products and services of the bank.
∎ Comply with internal and external regulations and policies.
∎ Meet business, operational & financial targets of the bank and Increase the Client Base.
∎ Process the credit proposals with due recommendation for necessary approval from the delegated authority.
∎ Evaluate the client's creditworthiness in line with the bank's policy & strategy, regulatory guidelines and procedure.
∎ Review of risk analysis and mitigation of credit proposals prepared by credit managers.
∎ Promote and develop the digital platform of the bank.
∎ Review and redesign the process system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Highly Energetic, Self-disciplined & self-motived to thrive in the competitive work environment.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suits (Excel/ Powerpoint/ Word/ Outlook)
∎ Tech Savvy and entrepreneurial-minded.
∎ Ability to take on challenges and multitask.
