∎ Minimum graduation from a UGC-approved institution with a satisfactory academic track record. Candidates with Law background is preferred.

∎ Minimum two years of working experience preferable in the related field
∎ Strong communication, and negotiation skills
∎ Expert in Microsoft Office Package (Excel & PowerPoint)
∎ Be customer-centric, a team player, self-propelled, disciplined, adaptable and capable of meeting deadlines
∎ Able to work and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders both within and outside bank as per guidance of Line Manager

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As per requirement of business, analyzing documents related to ownership (submitted to PM) to ensure its good right
∎ Assessing the legal risk factors and present to seniors for guidance
∎ Draft response to legal notice served against BBPLC
∎ Maintaining MIS and rental database
∎ Draft lease agreements, MOU, TOR (Terms of Reference), LOI (Letter of Intent), Office Memo/Correspondence etc. as per template between BBPLC & landlords
∎ Carrying out legal consultation/ negotiation with the LL to ensure maximum benefit of the bank
∎ Assisting line-manager by performing any other tasks related to Property Management
