- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.

- Familiarity with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
- Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Grade: PO-SPO
Key Responsibilities:
Backend (.NET Core)
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
- Implement business logic, data access layers, and microservices architecture.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices (authentication, authorization, and data protection).
Frontend (React.js)
- Build responsive, dynamic user interfaces with React.
- Manage application state using Redux or Context API.
- Implement reusable components and UI libraries.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
General
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
- Document technical specifications and architecture decisions.
