Associate Manager, Structured Finance

Job Grade: SO-PO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Structuring & execution of financing transactions.

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for deal structuring and evaluation.

• Detailed due diligence with focus on regulatory, micro and macro risk factors.

• Prepare Memos, Information Memorandums, Internal documents for senior management, board committees & relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution and regulatory compliance.

• Support in documentation process & agency functions throughout the transaction lifecycle.

• Contribute to pipeline development through detailed analysis and marketing materials.
