Experience:

• At least 5 years

Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university recognized by UGC is preferred. Degrees in CSE, EEE, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field are also preferred

• At least 5 years

• Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML with a focus on NLP, LLMs, and/or computer vision etc.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities and communication skills to address business challenges using AI/ML solutions

• Proven track record of successful AI/ML projects, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, is a plus

• Experience in developing RPA/Automation solution is a plus

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling

• Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models

• Proven track record of successful AI/ML projects, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, is a plus

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their ML services is a plus

• Expert in customer centricity, team player, and keen to develop others

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle complex SQL, PL-SQL queries and optimize database interactions for efficiency

• Design and manage database schemas, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity

• R&D on latest technology and Innovate Digital Solution

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure software applications for banking services using C#, Java, Javascript, Angular

• Develop applications using Node.js, Angular to support various banking functionalities and services

• Perform detailed analysis to design new systems; develop technical specifications and architectural frameworks that ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business goals

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of software design, development processes, and user manuals

• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards

• Ensure that all software solutions comply with regulatory requirements and security standards in the banking industry

• Stay up-to-date with the latest development trends

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team`s knowledge base
