BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Retail Banking Division.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product innovation, campaign design, and channel support for Retail Liability Products.
Comprehensive analysis of Retail Liability Portfolio and insight for improvement.
Improving digital platform capabilities and its utilization for Retail Liability customers.
Liaise with Branch, Retail Sales, Agent banking, and all relevant channels to understand the market and customer needs.
Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to design marketing materials and/or social media promotions regarding retail liability products, fostering a collaborative work environment. Liaise with the customer experience team to identify the scope for improvements for retail liability customers.
Process and PPG simplification, automation, and UAT Support.
