• Six years of relevant work experience with minimum three years in ICCD functions, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

• Relevant certifications like JAIBB, AIBB, BIBM Certifications (e.g. CERM, CETS, CECM, CEAF, CPAI, CICC) and Professional certification e.g. CIA, CA, ACCA, ACMA and/or CIMA are preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Positive mindset to work under pressure and adaptive to change.

• Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capability to meet deadlines.

BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Internal Control and Compliance Division:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Compilation and reviewing of Regulatory prescribed critical returns (Departmental Control Function Checklist- DCFCL, Quarterly Operation Report- QOR, Loan Documentation Checklist- LDCL of Branches/Department etc.
• Preparing report on exceptions identified from Quarterly Operation Report- QOR and Performing review report on DCFCL, QOR and LDCL and escalating the same to appropriate forums.
• Compilation and preparation of the “Self-Assessment of Anti-Fraud Internal Control Checklist” and submission of the same to Bangladesh Bank within the deadline.
• Ensuring accurate reporting to key stakeholders (e.g. Monthly Risk Management Report-MRMR, Half Yearly Comprehensive Risk Management Report -CRMR, Key Risk Indicators-KRI, CAMELS & Monthly report) within the deadline.
• Compliance Assurance on timely submission of regulatory reports as per ‘Calendar of Returns’.
• Formulating and Maintenance of critical MIS forecasting compliance and control risks
