Job Context
MTB Group Human Resources is seeking early-career professionals to support Organization Development (OD) and Recruitment in a digital, data-driven environment. The role emphasizes service quality, accuracy, and an inclusive approach aligned with Bangladesh market practices and regulations. Work focuses on executing defined workflows, maintaining reliable records, and producing actionable insights for stakeholders. Candidates will collaborate across teams to deliver measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities may include:
Organization Development (OD):
Map/update HR policies and SOPs; support change roll-outs with clear communications/FAQs and version-controlled documents.
Coordinate engagement and learning calendars (invitations, logistics, materials) and run pulse/feedback collection with concise insight summaries.
Operate the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle end-to-end: goal/KPI setup support, mid-year check-ins, calibration logistics, and year-end documentation; maintain trackers and basic dashboards for PMS progress/completion.
Assist with simple process maps/checklists; track activity completion against plan and surface risks/blocks for timely resolution.
Recruitment (with Employer Branding):
Draft JDs and postings; screen CVs; manage high-volume scheduling; coordinate panels/assessments using inclusive rubrics and fair communication.
Maintain ATS/Sheets hygiene and stage-wise trackers; prepare hiring funnel/TAT snapshots after each cycle; support campus/job-fair logistics and post-event reports.
Contribute to employer branding: prepare event collateral, social copy drafts, and simple visuals; maintain a basic content/calendar tracker and collect engagement metrics for review.
Strengthen candidate experience from first contact to onboarding hand-off, ensuring timely updates and professional touchpoints.
