Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist commercial manager to prepare import and export documents.
∎ Manage the end-to-end commercial transaction process from invoice generation and receipt up to acceptance and payment updates,ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
∎ follow up on commercial banking processes,including Letter of Credit (LC) documentation,bank guarantees, and other trade finance instruments,ensuring timely and correct execution.
∎ Maintain accurate commercial records and assist.
∎ Maintain & Update LC Liability Position.
∎ Track incoming and outgoing shipments, update the team on delays, and ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
∎ From getting invoice up to Acceptance and payment update and Work.
∎ Commercial Purpose Banking process follow-up.
∎ Maintain organized records of all financial documents.
∎ Support bank-related activities, including deposits, payments and withdrawals.
∎ Assist preparing periodic financial reports and statements.
∎ Any other task by Management/Authority.
