Responsibilities & Context:
To arrange to serve legal notice under the N.I Act, 1881 and the Artharin Adalat Ain, 2003 through Panel Lawyer.
To file case/suit as Complainant/Plaintiff after expiry of the legal notice.
To appear before the concern Court for giving attendance, witness as well as taking all the required steps in the case/suit in collaboration with Panel Lawyer.
To collect the notice/summons/auction on time from the Law Chamber as ordered by the concern Court and will arrange to publish the same with the help of concerned stakeholders accordingly.
To pursue Law Chamber or Court Officials for quick disposal of the litigations.
Update MIS of pending court cases.
