Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve financial objectives by achieving sales growth, Basket size, and other targets; minimizing cost; analyzing variances; and taking corrective actions
- Improve outlet staffs’ efficiency by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising KPIs
- Ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming store environment and facilitate “wow” customer service
- Ensure product quality, ordering, availability, merchandise, stock and cash management
- Maintain stability and reputation of the outlet by complying with legal and regulatory body’s requirements
- Ensure safeguard against possible pilferage, shoplifting, and litigation
