Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Supervise and manage all ICT operations including system performance, data security, and network maintenance.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation and maintenance of ICT systems and infrastructure.
- Oversee data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure in accordance with company policies and international standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and licensing of all computer software and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
- Supervise and manage the organization’s official website including content updates, performance, and security.
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Intranet and ensure network uptime and stability.
- Administer Web, Mail, and Database Servers; resolve server-related problems in a timely manner.
- Configure and maintain IP phone systems and servers; troubleshoot issues as required.
- Coordinate with HR for attendance system integration and provide technical support for biometric and attendance devices.
- Manage and maintain CCTV systems, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Supervise the backup and restoration of data from servers and desktops following defined backup policies.
- Oversee installation and configuration of staff computers, software, and email accounts (e.g., Outlook).
- Support classroom technology setup including multimedia projectors and smart classroom equipment.
- Create and manage user IDs for online learning and communication platforms such as Zoom, Google Classroom, Google Meet, ManageBac, Edmodo, and Toddle.
- Maintain and resolve system-related issues for Smart Boards and related teaching technologies.
- Supervise maintenance and servicing of ICT equipment such as photocopiers, printers, PABX, IP cameras, and scanners.
- Monitor ICT operational performance and prepare periodic performance and compliance reports.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions for technology optimization and cost efficiency.
