Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and inventory management.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials and supplies.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to meet inventory demands.
- Supervise and guide store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, receipts, and dispatches using inventory management software.
- Conduct regular stock inspections and audits, promptly addressing discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials to minimize damage or loss.
- Implement and monitor safety and security measures within the store.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, stock movement, and store performance.
