• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Master of Science (MSc)

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in CSE, BBA, or any information & technology-related field.
• Candidates with a background in CSE will be given preference.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company,Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Age at least 30 years.

• Must have leadership qualities and team management skills.

• Willingness to work outdoors and support the team on the field.

• Better understanding of ERP, POS systems, websites, mobile apps, and ERP software is a plus.

SK Soft Solutions Inc. is hiring a smart and energetic sales manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The candidate must be capable of managing field-based sales executives effectively, ensuring that monthly targets are achieved and exceeded. The role involves actively participating in sales while guiding and supervising the sales team to promote and sell our digital products such as POS software, websites, ERP systems, and IT solutions.

Monthly Sales Target:

• Each individual must sell a minimum of the team`s (sales executive) targets.

• Ensure that each team member achieves their own monthly target.

• Provide support, motivation, and leadership to sales executives.

• Monitor and manage team performance, reporting regularly to senior management.

Team Leadership:

• Lead a team of field sales executives across malls, marketplaces, and commercial zones.

• Provide training, guidance, and supervision to team members.

• Arrange regular meetings to track progress and improve sales performance.

• Ensure proper customer communication, documentation, and follow-up by team members.

Sales Activity:

• Visit markets, shops, showrooms, and other potential client zones.

• Identify and approach new clients for digital solutions.

• Explain features, pricing, and benefits professionally.

• Maintain strong customer relationships for future business and referrals.

• Coordinate with technical and support departments for smooth service delivery.
