∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 6–8 years of experience in field sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
∎ Candidates with prior experience in the lubricants industry will be given preference, However, FMCG sector experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Experience in the lubricants industry will be prioritized. FMCG sector (plastic, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, personal care) are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage a team of Sales Executives across multiple regions
∎ Ensure individual and team sales targets are consistently achieved
∎ Monitor and guide field staff to maintain customer relations and market presence
∎ Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities in assigned territories
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies for market growth and brand expansion
∎ Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and report findings to senior management
∎ Maintain regular reporting on team performance, sales activities, and target achievements
∎ Motivate, train, and provide ongoing support and direction to the sales team
∎ Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company policies
∎ Conduct regular field visits to monitor team activity and market engagement
∎ Job Context:
∎ RM Automobiles is looking for experienced and driven Assistant Sales Managers to lead and manage regional sales operations across multiple locations in Bangladesh. We are well regarded lubricants importer, manufacturing & trading company in the industry with over 2 decades of experience. Candidates will reside in Dhaka but will be required to travel to other regions to oversee and support the field sales team.

∎ Base Salary: BDT 40,000-45,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
∎ Travel & Daily Allowance (TA/DA): As per discussion
∎ Sales Commission: As per company policy
∎ Festival bonuses and other benefits as per company rules
