Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline from reputed university with proven experience
∎ Science background up-to HSC will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to work with the assigned products for achieving yearly budget and stablish the selected products to the market.
∎ Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area with assigned Product to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
∎ Achieving Company objectives along with retail coverage, territory volume and value target through Company sales force and distribution Monitoring and ensuring lifting according to plan.
∎ Administer field sales team (Medical Promotion Officer) of assigned sales area in a proper manner which ensures individual growth and target achievement.
∎ Developing annual plan for sales, resources, expenses and organization to meet sales growth and competitive objectives
∎ Overseeing sales activities, providing support to sales teams, as well as directing the team's efforts to be line with goals and set targets
∎ Tracking and monitoring sales and expenses while recommending sales-specific measures and techniques that minimize expenses
∎ Guide and provide filed training to MPO, Area Manager, RSM etc.
∎ Set action plan, Strategy and organize to meet the progress of monthly primary and secondary business target from assigned business areas.
∎ Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
∎ Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
∎ Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers & create a brand value of the selected product to the customers.
∎ Any other work assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 10-12 years' experience in Sales & marketing department.
∎ Work experience in same position will get preference.
∎ Well conversant with MS office applications.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English.
