Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service with the concern of F & B Manager.
∎ Make recommendations for corrective actions on operational issues, when and where necessary.
∎ Maintain Food & Beverage product and service standards and procedures as per SOP.
∎ Responsible that the restaurant's set up is impeccable and ensures high standards.
∎ Attend and co-chair regular meetings, ensuring open communications and the promotion of teamwork throughout the department.
∎ Chair internal daily briefing to review yesterday's business and services, and the current day's plan.
∎ Constantly monitor and evaluate the efficiency of the service, implementing new ideas, policies & procedures in line with hotel objectives and philosophies.
∎ Foster an environment of guest satisfaction where guest is anyone who is requesting service including co-worker and support departments.
∎ Attend to operational problems, guest complaints, inquiries, requests and replies to Food and Beverage correspondence.
∎ Fulfill any other duties as requested by the Restaurant Manager, Division Head, Department Head Or Management.
