Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve assigned business target in asset, liability and cards.
∎ Ensure retention of business target.
∎ Manage the PAR & NPL of own asset portfolio within the given target.
∎ Analyze the credit worthiness of the potential borrower.
∎ Ensure quality services to the customers within the guideline.
∎ Cross selling of different products of BRAC Bank
∎ Assist other official tasks as guided by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation from reputed public / private University or College with minimum Second Class/ division in all examinations.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Good command in computer literacy (MS Office) & Analytical ability
∎ Good communication skill (both written & verbal) and excellent interpersonal Skills.
∎ Fresh / Having maximum 2 years’ experience as contractual in sales position preferably in bank or financial institution.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
