Responsibilities & Context:

Position Name: Assistant Regional Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and standardize service operations across service-centers and field service activities in the region: implement consistent service processes, checklists and quality standards.

  • Drive service-center and field team performance: turnaround time, first-time fix rate, job volumes, repair quality and efficiency.

  • Coach and develop your regional service team and partner personnel; ensure training, compliance, and process adherence

  • Proven ability to lead partner networks and to manage cross-functional collaboration with Material management, technical team, logistics, and service teams.

  • Ensure excellent dealer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships, collect regular feedback, address their concerns and ensure the support they need.

  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the sales team: ensure alignment between sales and service.

  • Strong technical understanding of mobile-device service/repair: service centers, field service, spare parts, warranty flows.

  • Analyze region-wise service data: job volumes, repeat repair rates, parts consumption, competitive service activity, translate insights into action.

  • Drive growth of service business: paid repairs, accessories, monitor revenue, margin and cost of service operations.

  • Spare-parts logistics and inventory in the region: ensure availability, reduce downtime, optimize cost.

  • Handle major issues and lead root-cause resolution and preventive actions.

  • Travel throughout the region regularly to visit service-centers and dealers, build relationships, audit partner performance, and drive continuous improvement.
