Responsibilities & Context:
As a regional in- charge to ensure the sales & collection target & achievement of the region.
To achieve each months sales & collection target.
Pervious months Report Review:
Target/ Achievement of sales & collection and Achievement against projection.
Swaraj Sales System (SSS) report (Customer, Dealers, Agent, Brokers, Agro based Government Institute.
Sales & Marketing activities of competing Brand & Product.
Money receipt reconciliation to individual staffs.
Monthly TA/DA, Attendance report, tour Feedback and monthly.
Current Months Plan & Report:
Target of sales & collection with route Plan.
Model wise 3 months rolling forecast (3MRF)
Hunt & recruit of Dealers /Agent/Brokers.
Months tour plan (In accordance with bank/customers/ Dealers/Agent/ Brokers assign territory).
After each successful sale before delivery below mentioned papers must be accomplishment from regional outlet.
Completed of Sales Form.
Ensure minimum down payment along with relevant necessary papers.
Photocopy of National Identity Card/ Voter ID Card.
06 copies of MICR blank bank cheque signed by customer & signature verification by the particular bank.
02 Copies of attached photocopy of the Garreteer & National Identity card.
Agreement of Guarantor (Relative of own Blood line, such as Father/ Brother/ Adult son/uncle, NPCC of concern customer.
Job Other Benifits:
Should knowledge in basic computer skill.
