Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical or Textile, Diploma in Engineering
∎ B.Sc. or Diploma in Textile, Mechanical for freshers

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain section-wise production
∎ Prepare daily quality-wise raw jute requirements and received reports
∎ Achieve the target production
∎ Prepare daily production report
∎ Follow up the norms to achieve the quality product as per instruction of the management
∎ Ensure section-wise machine cleaning & housekeeping
∎ Maintain inter-department relationships to achieve the target
∎ Ensure consumable materials safety stock if required then send SPR for the next process
∎ Assist senior production officer to execute & evaluate staff performance, new recruitment, promotion, disciplinary matters, & training needs
∎ Identify urgent and critical situations and provide reports to the higher authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Good organizational skills and attention to detail
∎ Experienced applicants should have professional work experience in Jute Industry

Salary: Negotiable
