Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in Social Science, Anthropology, Gender Studies, Law, “Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE)” or any other relevant subject from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work from frontline, collaboration with center manager.
∎ Filed visit, doing FGD, awareness sessions and need assessment on livelihood skills and design schedule.
∎ Ensure all the activities are coordinate properly.
∎ Maintenance of facility on material for Multi-Purpose Women Center.
∎ Designs proposals based on consultations with community on activities that Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of activities.
∎ Report to Project Manager on daily updates of field visit and awareness activities.
∎ Maintain good relation with other agencies operating in camp level.
∎ List up the agency’s details, distribution details and other services details provide by different agencies.
∎ Daily monitoring of facilities and staff members.
∎ Supervises staff members and builds capacity in field level.
∎ Participates in CiC coordination meeting, protection meeting and sectoral meeting in camp level.
∎ Keeps records of all center activities and clients.
∎ Doing all necessary reporting related to the center activities.
∎ Provide logistics and other support on a regular basis and perform the distribution and requisition works and collect all necessary permission or approval.
∎ Reaches out to other services in zone, both BRAC and non-BRAC to ensure smooth referral pathways.
∎ Work on site selection and approval process for establishment of centers as well as look after the construction.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Perform other duties as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong livelihood, cash programming and emergency response in working in complex, protracted emergences in a challenging work environment.
∎ Knowledge of humanitarian principles, standards and system.
∎ Experience supervising and managing a multi-disciplinary team in a cross-culture setting.
∎ Well- develop written and oral communication in English.
