  • Be ready to travel frequently to the field anywhere in Bangladesh.
  • Mentality to work under pressure.
  • Report writing skills.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

Gram Unnayan Karma (GUK) is a national level non-government social development organization working for improving lives & livelihoods of the poor through different project support and services. GUK is going to hire Assistant Project Coordinator for implementing agriculture and other development activities of the organization. The designated staff will be hired based on the following requirement mentioned bellow.

Responsibilities:

  • Action Plan: Prepare project action plan, executes the field level activities, case studies and follow up project/program activities & reporting.

  • Monitoring: Regularly visit projects/program field activities and prepare reports for submission to concerned authorities.

  • Coordination & Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bangla with ability to build relationship with different stakeholders.

  • Creative and Innovation: Generating new ideas, new business initiatives, intervention designing & planning and business model development.

  • Computer skills: Very good skills in MS Office applications-word/excel/power point presentation, database and familiar with Internet.

  • Executive Task: Prepare meeting minutes of different meetings, maintain regular tasks with GUK Executive Secretariat and consolidate reports submitted by different departments of GUK.
