Ability to manage worker skillfully
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and direct movements towards fabric department to meet daily production target in sewing section
Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing of skilled workers
Ensure production capacity, quality, 7 timing buyer wise
Set the sewing layout as per SMV and effort to increase production efficiency
Communicate and follow up with merchandising, planning, IE, store, cutting, sewing, finishing and and packing
Understand technical file, pp comments & implementation in working place
Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production and extra hour work
Organize training to the workers and helpers for increasing productivity
Execute the plan and reach the target set by the company
