Responsibilities & Context:
All types of tender related work and negotiation.
Monitor the level of customer satisfaction & initiating improvement action.
Monitor & process of customer order to satisfy customers.
Ensure party wise product distribution.
Collect payment from customers and complete all types of adjustment and documentation process.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to meet business requirements.
