Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: ERP, SAP, Tally
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General Accounting, Inventory or Store or Warehouse, petty cash management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Automobile, Micro-Credit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance, documentation & record keeping of daily accounts.
∎ Make journal entries in the accounting systems (ERP & Tally).
∎ Update the balance of the cash book on daily basis.
∎ Reconcile with the bank on fortnightly/monthly basis.
∎ Establish, maintain and reconcile the ledger.
∎ Establish and maintain supplier, vendor & Customer's account
∎ Record receipt of cheques, DD, TT, and deposits in the register.
∎ Ensure proper recording of all transactions.
∎ Prepare salary sheets of staff and coordinate payments accordingly.
∎ Check all vouchers/Bills accordingly and arrange for necessary approval.
∎ Assist external and internal auditors to perform auditing.
∎ Ensure proper inventory and stock maintenance.
∎ Maintain accounts of staff provident fund, settling allowance & TA/DA.
∎ Other jobs as & when assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Wholeheartedness to understand the Agriculture Machineries Business;
∎ Must be self-driven and possess a good work ethic;
∎ Ability to write monthly and quarterly reports;
∎ Must be a good team player;
∎ Skilled in MS Office Suite;
∎ Must be persuasive and ready to do a lot of legwork.
