Experience:
Must be CA CC completed from a reputed audit firm.
Maintain daily books of accounts (cash book, bank book, Ledger
Record all financial transaction accurately and timely.
Prepare journal entries, vouchers and supporting documents.
Maintain proper documents & filling of accounts records.
Handle accounts payable & receivable.
Prepare and verify bills invoices & payment voucher .
Follow up on outstanding receivables and company payments.
Monitor cash & bank balances.
Handle cheques, deposits and bank correspondence.
Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports & updated all data in software.
support management with financial data analysis.
Keep records of fixed asset & depreciation.
Assist in implementing the day to day functions of the billing department.
Managed VAT & TAX related activities for the Company.
Operate accounting software like Tally/ERP/SAP/Excel/ MediaSoft software.
