Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar , Dhaka
To perform as the center of managing petty cash for smooth business operation at factory site.
Managing of required fund from the head office and to maintain proper accounts of the factory Petty Cash.
Have to prepare various bills and vouchers and sending to head office.
Collecting money from head office for various reasons and distribution.
Prepared monthly Inventory report.
Prepared monthly fabrics delivery report with value.
Bill checking & verifying.
Preparing bills for sale of wastage and leftovers.
Have to prepare monthly wastage and leftover sale statement and provide it to head office team.
Have to prepare factory monthly income report.
Have to prepare monthly receivable and payable report.
Have to prepare monthly budget and send to head office.
Any other assigned tasks as directed by the superior and management as and when required.
