Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from a recognized and reputable university in Bangladesh or abroad. A Master’s degree in a related field will be given priority.

Minimum 5 years of relevant water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) sector experience with national/international NGOs or development organizations, including proven expertise in project implementation, partner management, budgeting, and donor reporting.
Responsibilities & Context:
About the role
The role seeks a dynamic, self-motivated professional to support WaterAid in delivering high-quality, standards-compliant water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) interventions across multiple projects. The incumbent will implement project activities, manage partnerships and donor coordination, and contribute to training, advocacy initiatives, and the deployment of context-specific climate-resilient technologies to ensure sustainable impact. Responsibilities include consistent replication of project activities, cross-team collaboration, and support across the project cycle (assessment, design, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation). The position will advance inclusive and gender-equitable WASH services for marginalized communities, influence local stakeholders and government bodies, and strengthen digital engagement and communication efforts while building capacity through on-the-job learning.

Salary: Monthly gross salary BDT 94,000/- with excellent benefits (Flexible for deserving candidates with strong track record and demonstrated credentials)
