Additional Requirements:
∎ Adequate knowledge in Bangladesh Labour Law & Rules, EPZ Laws, COC of Prominent brand, BSCI, C-TPAT, Accord/Alliance, Higg Index etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure factory compliance with local labor standards, worker health and safety and environmental protection on factory premises.
∎ Monitor workers health & safety issue, fire & electrical safety, root cause analysis.
∎ Find out any non-conformity in relation to compliance and make sure that those findings are resolved in a systematic and planned manner.
∎ Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports both internal & external.
