Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in ETE, CSE, EEE
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNP, JNCIP, RHCE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ISP Billing, ISP Tech Support, ISP Technology, Linux server, Telecommunication or ISP field work
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
∎ Manage MPLS network for L2VPN and L3VPN.
∎ Configure and manage Server virtualization, Server cluster, WHM and cPanel
∎ Configure and Manage NMS (Cacti, Nagios, Nfsen, Log server, Parental guidance, Radius server and Billing server
∎ Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
∎ Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
∎ Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
∎ Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
∎ Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
∎ Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s objective
∎ Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
∎ Installing, configuring and maintain servers and networks;
∎ Overseeing system performance and troubleshooting issues;
∎ Creating a backup and safeguarding the data if there are any hindrances;
∎ Performing system upgrades following new releases;
∎ Performing account setup;
∎ Sustaining network integrity, server deployment, and security;
∎ Monitoring and maintaining network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways and intrusion detection systems; and
∎ Ensuring high-level security and efficiency resulting in 100% output.
