Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sales target as per business plan and ensure achievement accordingly.
∎ Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.
∎ Monitor the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets and corporate goals.
∎ Obtain profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skill development, and service knowledge development.
∎ Manage the sales administration function, report operational performance, and streamline processes and systems wherever possible.
∎ Manage the sales team, develop a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meet agreed targets, and promote the organization's presence throughout the network.
∎ Plan and direct the sales team to accomplish specific objects and intent them with responsibility.
∎ Monitor the sales team's performance by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales report, and cyclical sales meetings.
∎ Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team.
∎ Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
∎ Ensure account receivable recovery of his own and his team's.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must have experience in Freight forwarding sales.
∎ Preference will be given who have significant export sales accounts.
∎ Basic computer skills (MS Office, Forwarding Software, etc.)
∎ Language Proficiency in both English & Bengali (Speaking, Reading, Writing & Listening)
