Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering/ MBA (major in Marketing) /Post-Graduation in relevant subject

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with client to meet up their requirement & delivery job on given time.
∎ Budget preparation and follow up for modification work as per requirement of the clients.
∎ To assist renovation works (as and when required at site).
∎ Checking contractor's bill for additional work.
∎ Visit sites with clients upon requirement
∎ Follow up ongoing and pending client requests for interior or maintenance work (if any)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Must be well-groomed, presentable and possess amiable personality
∎ Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations
∎ Excellent client communication skills and professionalism
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ Must be able to work outdoor and in odd hours.
∎ Candidates from public universities will be given preference
∎ Candidates with previous experience in real estate will be given preference
