∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Good communication skill in both Bengali and English.
∎ Convincing ability.
∎ Knowledge and experience in the field of sales & marketing.
∎ Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in functions like VLOOKUP and SUMIF.
∎ Experience with Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts for data manipulation and visualization.
∎

∎ Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive.
∎ Accurately understand in-store sales trends by going along with sales staff
