Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Individual capability to prepare Financial Statement and Audit Report as per Standard;
∎ Manage a team of accounting & auditing, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
∎ Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
∎ Review all financial records, systems and control process of the company as per accounting standards.
∎ Preparation, Analysis and Reviewing financial statements by utilizing Computerized Accounting System like Tally ERP.
∎ Examine financial and operational documentation, including reports, statements, records, and memos, to validate accuracy and integrity.
∎ Reconcile documentation with actual inventory, assets, and financial data to identify discrepancies.
∎ Ensure Proper Compliance in Procurement including Local & Import.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial operations and implement best practices.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the management or departmental head.
∎ This position is responsible for overseeing the entire audit process within a Group of organization, including planning, executing, and reporting on audits, while also managing the accounting functions to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with regulations.
