Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets for our Bulk and Consumer Pack Rice, Flour, and Cooking Oil products within the institutional and corporate sectors.
∎ Identify and engage with key accounts including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, schools, hospitals, and corporate clients.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influences within targeted institutions and corporations.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and product offerings tailored to the needs of institutional and corporate clients.
∎ Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive challenges within the FMCG sector.
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals with institutional and corporate clients.
∎ Monitor and report on sales performance, track key metrics, and provide detailed reports to senior management.
∎ Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed their targets, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
