Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in the preparation of management reports on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis, as and when necessary, and submitting the reports on a timely and accurate basis.
∎ Daily accounting of income, expenses, acknowledging payment receipts, bank reconciliation, payroll, etc.
∎ Ability to manage a large volume of petty cash transactions as well as administration.
∎ Assisting in preparing statutory financial statements and reporting.
∎ Processing operational bills ensures compliance with company-established and applicable VAT and tax laws in Bangladesh.
∎ Recording transactions in the accounting software.
∎ Maintaining ledgers and records in a systematic way.
∎ Reconciling payable ledgers with vendors
∎ Maintaining regular correspondence with corporate offices and banks for regular transactions.
∎ Preparing bank reconciliations for all operational banks on a monthly basis.
∎ Prepare and update the report as per the instructions from the higher management.
∎ Scheduling training, meetings, appointments, etc.
∎ Assisting the reporting senior in the successful implementation of operational activities as assigned and performing ad hoc job requirements as assigned by the senior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Very good command over MS Office and use of Internet-based applications.
∎ Should be presentable and well conversed
∎ A capacity for pressured work
