Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage daily yarn dyeing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Plan and execute yarn dyeing processes according to approved recipes, shade requirements, and customer specifications.
Ensure accurate dye and chemical dosing, recipe preparation, and color matching.
Monitor dyeing parameters, including temperature, pH, time, and machine settings.
Coordinate with the laboratory, production planning, quality control, maintenance, and other relevant departments.
Troubleshoot shade variations, dyeing defects, and other production-related problems.
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, dyes, and chemicals while minimizing wastage.
Maintain proper production records, reports, and process documentation.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental standards, and company policies.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
