Responsibilities & Context:
Drive the company cover van safely and responsibly according to traffic rules and company policies.
Transport goods, raw materials, finished products, documents, and other assigned items to designated locations.
Check the vehicle's engine oil, coolant, fuel, tires, brakes, lights, and other essential components before starting each trip.
Ensure that goods are properly loaded, secured, and protected during transportation.
Verify delivery challans, gate passes, invoices, and other necessary documents before departure and upon delivery.
Maintain the vehicle logbook, trip sheets, fuel records, mileage records, and delivery documents accurately.
Follow the assigned route and delivery schedule and report any delay to the responsible authority.
Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
Report mechanical problems, accidents, vehicle damage, and maintenance requirements immediately to the concerned authority.
Ensure that the vehicle is parked in the designated area after completing the assigned duties.
Comply with company rules, safety procedures, and instructions from the supervisor.
Perform any other driving or transport-related duties assigned by management.
ট্রাফিক আইন ও কোম্পানির নীতিমালা মেনে নিরাপদে ও দায়িত্বশীলতার সাথে কোম্পানির কভার্ড ভ্যান চালাতে হবে।
পণ্য, কাঁচামাল, প্রস্তুতকৃত পণ্য, নথিপত্র এবং অন্যান্য নির্ধারিত সামগ্রী নির্দিষ্ট গন্তব্যে পৌঁছে দিতে হবে।
প্রতিবার যাত্রা শুরুর আগে গাড়ির ইঞ্জিন অয়েল, কুল্যান্ট, জ্বালানি, টায়ার, ব্রেক, লাইট এবং অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় যন্ত্রাংশ পরীক্ষা করে নিতে হবে।
পরিবহনকালে পণ্য সঠিকভাবে ওঠানো, সুরক্ষিত রাখা এবং নিরাপদ রাখার বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
যাত্রা শুরুর আগে এবং পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়ার সময় ডেলিভারি চালান, গেট পাস, ইনভয়েস এবং অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় নথিপত্র যাচাই করে নিতে হবে।
গাড়ির লগবুক, ট্রিপ শিট, জ্বালানি ও মাইলেজের হিসাব এবং ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত নথিপত্র সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ ও হালনাগাদ করতে হবে।
নির্ধারিত রুট ও সময়সূচি মেনে চলতে হবে এবং কোনো বিলম্ব হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবহিত করতে হবে।
গাড়িটি পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন এবং সচল বা ভালো অবস্থায় রাখতে হবে।
যান্ত্রিক সমস্যা, দুর্ঘটনা, গাড়ির ক্ষতি বা রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের প্রয়োজন হলে অবিলম্বে সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানাতে হবে।
নির্ধারিত দায়িত্ব পালন শেষে গাড়িটি নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে পার্ক করা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
কোম্পানির নিয়মকানুন, নিরাপত্তা বিধি এবং সুপারভাইজারের নির্দেশনা মেনে চলতে হবে।
ব্যবস্থাপনা কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক নির্দেশিত গাড়ি চালানো বা পরিবহন সংক্রান্ত অন্য যেকোনো দায়িত্ব পালন করতে হবে।Job Other Benifits:
