Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, International Business or a related field.2-4 years of export commercial experience in RMG.
Knowledge of UCP 600, Incoterms, and Bangladesh Bank export-import rules.
Strong attention to detail, good English, and proficiency in MS Excel.
Responsibilities & Context
Review Master L/Cs and sales contracts, check terms, and arrange amendments when needed.
Prepare accurate export documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Certificate of Origin, EXP form, etc.) in line with L/C terms.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, and C&F agents/forwarders for shipment booking, customs clearance, and delivery.
Submit documents to the bank on time, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on realization of export proceeds.
Maintain records and prepare regular reports on shipments, L/C status, and realization.
