Responsibilities & Context:
ERP Development & Implementation:
• Analyze, design, develop, and implement ERP solutions (EBS, IBMS, HRIS, MIS).
• Customize Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle APEX modules based on
organizational needs.
• Manage Oracle Database operations, including query optimization, data
management, and performance tuning.
• Handle daily database backup and maintenance to ensure data security and
integrity.
• Collaborate with procurement and SCM departments to streamline ERP
processes.
Mobile Application Development:
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Ionic Capacitor.
• Publish and manage applications on Google Play Store. Apple store.
• Handle app lifecycle management, testing, and deployment.
Web Application Development:
• Build web applications using Laravel, Vue.js, React, and Next.js.
• Develop procurement, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Integrate backend services and APIs for seamless business operations.
Project Management & Client Handover:
• Lead project planning, database design, workflow development, and testing.
• Deliver client-ready projects with complete documentation and training.
Support & Maintenance:
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
• Manage database backups and ensure business continuity planning.
