Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting/ Finance.
∎ Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) certification is a must.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Submitting VAT return on a monthly basis.
∎ Deduct withholding tax and VAT as required by law.
∎ Submission of withholding tax returns on a half-yearly basis.
∎ Make timely payments of monthly withholding tax and VAT.
∎ Calculate employees' income tax accurately.
∎ Ensure compliance with tax and VAT laws and regulations.
∎ Communicate with and submit various statements to tax and VAT authorities
∎ Prepare for and participate in tax and VAT audits.
∎ Gather and maintain various documents necessary for tax and VAT purposes
∎ Disburse wages through banking channels and Mobile Financial Services (MFS)
∎ Prepare salary statements for employees
∎ Assist in opening and managing employees' bank accounts.
∎ Prepare meeting minutes as required.
∎ Handle documents related to the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies (RJSC).
∎ Communicate and submit various documents to financial institutions and banks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Strong understanding of tax and VAT regulations.
∎ Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
