Job Responsibilities:
∎ To co-ordinated with Accounts Department to prepare an annual audit report with tax compliance.
∎ Assists to the subordinate to collect, furnish, reconcile Accounts related documents of all concern of the companies and all Director.
∎ Prepare and arrange necessary documentation regarding submitted income tax return.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control, and maintain necessary records with respect to income tax-related issues, TDS, VDS, VAT & AIT & other hearing-related documents.
∎ To ensure source tax deduction as per current law, ensure deposit in the bank time to time as per time schedule of income rules.
∎ Ensure submission of Withholding tax return (75A) in due time along with the required documents.
∎ Maintained records & register and relevant documents confirming to Income tax law. Manage all Corporate Income Tax in the right manner and Tax planning for assessment of Company's.
∎ Collection treasury Challans with certificates from customer's and maintained database.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Sound knowledge of Income Tax.
∎ Knowledge of Tax law & Rules.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
∎ Should be smart, energetic, intelligent, hardworking and honest.
∎ Standard Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet based programs & power point).
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
