Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Willingness to travel to depots, warehouses and distribution points as required.
Responsibilities & Context
Plan and monitor daily distribution to depots, distributors and customers, coordinating with transport vendors to optimize routes, control freight costs and meet delivery targets.
Maintain optimum stock levels across warehouses/depots; track stock ageing, shortages, expiry, and slow-moving items; coordinate regular physical stock counts.
Work with Sales and Marketing on forecasts; prepare replenishment plans to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
Oversee receiving, storage, picking, dispatch and documentation; ensure safe handling, FIFO/FEFO and housekeeping standards.
Follow up with suppliers on purchase orders and lead times; manage relations with 3PL partners.
Prepare stock, delivery, and cost reports; ensure policy, audit, and safety compliance; and resolve claims, damages, and returns.
