Manager - Export

Strong knowledge of export procedures, LC documentation, customs regulations and international trade practices.

Practical experience in export documentation, EXP processing and export proceeds realization.

Sound understanding of bonded warehouse procedures, BGMEA/BKMEA requirements and relevant regulatory compliance.

Familiarity with cash incentive procedures and export-related banking activities.

Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet strict deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP-based commercial management systems.

Oversee and manage overall export operations, ensuring timely shipment and compliance with international trade regulations.

Manage export documentation, including Export LC, Sales Contract, EXP Form, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading.

Coordinate with banks, buyers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and C&F agents for smooth export operations.

Ensure timely submission of export documents and realization of export proceeds.

Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery.

Handle export-related banking activities, documentation and regulatory compliance.

Supervise and guide the export team to ensure operational efficiency.

Prepare export reports, monitor outstanding payments and provide regular updates to management.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Bangladesh Bank guidelines and applicable export policies.
